On 1st June 2011 APP-Projekt has signed a contract with Ronson Development Apartments 2010 Sp. z o.o. on General Contracting  for construction of complex of 15 two-apartments terraced houses in Tulce near Poznań.

On 28th April 2011 firma APP-Projekt has signed a contract with Raiffeisen Bank Polska SA and Echo – Przy Słowiańskim Wzgórzu Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp. k. to act as Project Monitor for construction of a housing complex called "By The Slavic Hill" in Wrocław at 14/4 Jedności Narodowej str.

On 19th April 2011 firma APP-Projekt has signed a contract with Jeronimo Martins Dystrybucja SA to act as Project Manager for extension of Distribution Center in Mszczonów.

On 14th April 2011 APP-Projekt has signed a contract with Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. and 2BUILD to act as Project Monitor for construction of office-service building with underground garage at 182-196 Grunwaldzka str. in Poznań.

On 12th April 2011 APP-Projekt has signed a contract with J.W. Construction Holding SA for the investor’s supervision over structural and building, sanitary and electrical works for construction of multifamily residential complex at Jaroczyńskiego str. in Poznań.

On 4th April 2011 APP-Projekt has signed a contract with Concept Development BSD2 Sp. z o.o. to act as Project Manager for construction of apartment-service building with underground garage at 87 Grzybowska str. in Warsaw.

On 21st March 2011 APP-Projekt has signed a contract with Raiffeisen Bank Polska SA and Produkcyjno-Handlowe Przedsiębiorstwo Farmaceutyków Curtis-Healthcare Sp. z o.o.  to act as Project Monitor for construction of new production plant in Wysogotowo.

On 22nd February 2011 APP-Projekt has signed a contract with Atlas Estates (Cybernetyki) Sp. z o.o. and Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. to act as Project Monitor for construction of multi-family building including services I in Wroclaw.
