General Contractor Mota Engil Polska is starting road works in the area of the building. For this the Investor received a permit from Zarząd Dróg i Utrzymania Miasta for occupation of the pavements around the building.

August 2008

Finishing works in the New hotel, service and residential complex in Wroclaw are progressing. APP- Projekt as the Investor’s Representative is urging General Contractor to increase their efforts, by making mock handovers of the residential apartments.

1.    Continuation  of coordination of Works over Executive Design and coordination between branches  of the Project in Paderewskiego/ Szkolna in Poznań.
2.    Preparation and distribution of the tender materials for selection of General Contractor

August 2008 Okrąglak
1.    Acquisition of  Conservator’s decision expressing agreement for  demolition of the  external staircase together  with external stairs.
2.    Coordination of the Design works - „ Construction design ” and dealing with  formal –legal issues.

Residential complex with retail area with office function and underground garage situated in Bułgarska 59/61 nearby Świerzawska and Marcelińska Street in Poznań. The Investor’s  intention first of all is to execute buildings A and B and in the second phase of buildings C and D. The total superficies of the investment is approx. 24 749 m2, of volume equal to 340 300 m3, 418 apartments, 25 office premises and 576 parking spacer. A and B buildings have been designed as buildings with 3 common underground levels destined for parking, 3 office-retail levels and 11 residential levels.

15.07.2008 Okraglak
Conclusion of the Contract  between Okrąglak Development Sp. z o.o. and APP-Projekt Sp. z o.o.  for the function of Coordinator of the Project Works along with group of Supervision Inspectors.
APP is also responsible for preparation and supervision upon demolition works and for organization and running of the tender to select General Contractor.

Acquisition of a positive decision from PINB for the protection of buildings walls.

The procedure of final Cash settlement with AKME – Zdzisław Wiśniewski, the Contractor of excavation works and of mains replacement, have been completed. Currently the particular mains are handed over to their administrators.

Polka Poland  SP. z o.o. commissions  to APP-Projekt Sp. z o.o. and APP accepts commission for the function of the Project Manager, Coordinator, Inspector and Cost Manager, during realization   “turnkey in Warsaw standard”  of    “office –retail building with all the  essential connections and mains and external works in  Paderewskiego Street in Poznań .
APP is also responsible for running the tender procedure to select General Contractor, as well as for the financial control of executed complex, as well as for the creation of Supervisions Inspectors  team.

Signing of a contract with BBI Development NFI SA for running by Project Manager of preparation, realization of the Investment and running of the construction of the  Investment,  by fulfilling on Investor’s behalf  and favor of the managing- coordination functions against the contractors and all the entities involved in execution of the Investment (designers, contractors and suppliers); running of investor’s supervision in realization of Investment and running of a limited tender for General Contractor.
