Project Management
Project Management plays a key role for the future success of a project. Due to good project management, it is possible to select the best members for the project team and supervision. At the same time, it also guarantees completion of the project on time, within the agreed budget and simultaneously provide the investor – during every phase of realization – with complete and current compilation of information regarding the project.
APP-Projekt offers the following main categories of services regarding project management:
- Complete project management along with performance of services in the scope required by the Polish Construction Law;
- Opinion of the preparation and realization of the Project (ie. project monitoring address both to institutions financing the project, as well as to the investors);
- Controlling and monitoring costs;
- Technical and project-related consulting in regards to the investments (in regards to procedures and issued approvals and permits, organizing tenders for selecting the contractor, etc.);
- Technical and formal analysis of projects (ie. due diligence);

Facility Management
To manage and maintain a property and fixed assets is often the largest cost in maintaining a company. Facility management – is managing the process of the construction infrastructure of a building in such a way as to optimize specific requirements of a certain business in the context of technical amenities. Efficient management of company infrastructure generates advantages, thus the building and its role in business (thanks to facility management) is an instrument for the company to increase its profits. Facility management begins in the design phase of a building, due to the fact that only then the building infrastructure prepared from scratch guarantees the application of the latest and the most efficient technologies. For a company on a long-time scale it means a source of profit.
Investor’s Representative
The aim of Investor’s representative is to take over the duties of supervision, selection of construction companies carrying out the investment and coordination of all phases of the investment, beginning with the design phase and ending with on-time completion of a project. At the same time the duty of Investor’s Representative is the financial control of an investment. Regular supervision is meant to ensure credible investment service: costs control, dynamics and quality of works carried out by the contractors guarantee bearing expenses consistent with market prices. This efficient formula of control guarantees swift and effective investment process.
Investment supervision
Devolving control assignments by the investor means in practice representing the investor at the construction site. Investment supervision is meant to control the performed works in the technical, technological and legal context. Control of performed tasks in terms of accordance with project guidelines, handing over and approval of every phase of construction is an important element of investment supervision. Investment supervision is applies when an investor needs additional expert assistance, which is crucial during complicated phases of the construction.
