On 1st October 2010 APP-Projekt has signed an agreement with Ronson Development Conception Sp. z o.o. to act as Project Manager for construction of multi-family residential park including services and underground garage called IMPRESSIO I in Wroclaw.

On 1st October 2010 APP-Projekt has signed an agreement with Ronson Development South Sp. z o.o. to act as Project Manager for construction of multi-family residential park including underground garage called MATISSE in Wroclaw.

On 1st October 2010 APP-Projekt has signed an agreement with Ronson Development Architecture Sp. z o.o. to act as Project Manager for construction of hotel-apartment complex called PICASSO I in Wroclaw.

On 1st October 2010 APP-Projekt has signed an agreement with Ronson Development Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością – Community Spółka Komandytowa to act as Project Manager for construction of multi-family residential park called MOZART in Szczecin.

September 2010

On 19th September 2010 took place a series of friendly matches of real estate companies, in which participated the following companies:

RYMARSKA Multi-family residential park in Wrocław – a building permit was received; investment is at the stage of signing the agreement with GC. Works will start in the near future.

GARDENIA - single-family terraced houses park  - there was reported a construction completion in PINB. There are corrections in premises, grass is arranging outside.

NATURALIS - multi-family residential park - a contract with GC for the first two buildings was signed. On 15th September 2010 was taken over the building site.

MOZART Multi-family residential buildings in Szczecin - a tender for the General Contractor is being conducted. Planned beginning of the investment - October 2010.

JERONIMO MARTINS DYSTRYBUCJA - distribution center in Koszalin – there are taking place the completion works on the whole of the object (the office part and the hall). In the office part a completion works are being conducted. Installation works of devices and networks are lasting in the hall, floor is laying down.

JERONIMO MARTINS DYSTRYBUCJA – office-service-residential building – construction works are performed, (underslab method), carrying out the level - 1 and beginning the level - 2.

HARMONIUM – semi-detached houses park - works of the opened building shell are ending, sanitary installations and external networks (sewage system, water supply system) are performing.

SOLARIS BUS - renovation of the production hall - final acceptance protocol was signed.

August 2010

On 2nd September 2010 APP-Projekt has signed an agreement with Okrąglak Development Sp. z o.o. to act as Project Manager for modernization of the office-commercial building OKRĄGLAK located in Poznań.

On  5th September 2010 APP-Projekt has signed an agreement with Curtis Healthcare Sp. z o.o. to act as Project Manager for construction of Pharmaceutical Plant CURTIS located in Wysogotowo.
