On 21st December 2009 APP-Projekt has signed an agreement with Ronson Development Metropol to act as Project Manager and Cost Manager for construction of single-family houses park „Constans” in Konstancin-Jeziorna.

On 21st December 2009 APP-Projekt has signed an agreement with Ronson Development Sp. z o.o. – Home Sp.k. to act as Project Manager and Cost Manager for construction of single-family terraced houses park „Gardenia” in Józefosław.

On 30th October 2009 APP-Projekt has signed an agreement with Jeronimo Martins Dystrybucja S.A. to act as Project Manager for construction of distribution center located in Koszalin.
