December 2007 18.12.2007 Acquisition of the decision of construciton permit for demolition of storage-industrial buildings of CERAFM factory situated on the area  of planned investment in Bułgarska 59/61 in Poznań. From December 2007 APP-Projekt  deals with coordination upon design works of the Investment,  resting  on rebuilding and  modernization of 2 tenement houses  situated at  interesction of Paderewskiego  and Szkolna street in Poznań.  November 2007   31.11.2007 Paderewskiego/ Szkolna Polka Poland  SP. z o.o. commissions  to APP-Projekt Sp. z o.o. and APP accepts commission for the function of the Project Manager, Coordinator, Inspector and Cost Manager, during realization   “turnkey in Warsaw standard”  of    “office –retail building with all the  essential connections and mains and external works in  Paderewskiego Street in Poznań . APP is also responsible for running the tender procedure to select General Contractor, as well as for the financial control of executed complex, as well as for the creation of Supervisions Inspectors  team. 26 November 2007 Kiekrz - Marina Signing of a contract with BBI Development NFI SA for running by Project Manager of preparation, realization of the Investment and running of the construction of the  Investment,  by fulfilling on Investor’s behalf  and favor of the managing- coordination functions against the contractors and all the entities involved in execution of the Investment (designers, contractors and suppliers); running of investor’s supervision in realization of Investment and running of a limited tender for General Contractor. Office- retail building in Poznań in Paderewskiego/ Szkolna  Street. APP-Projekt  runs as the Investor’s Representative modernization of 2 antique buildings in Poznan, situated in prestigious place, on the crossroad  of Paderewskiego and Szkolna street,  close to the Old Market Place. March 2007 01.03.2007 SJM commissions to APP, and APP obliges themselvesas the Technical Advisor  to supervise the preliminary process, that is supposed to lead to acquisition of construction permit and for the selection of General Contractor for the Residential complex with office function in Bułgarska Street in Poznań. Recreational-apartments complex Kiekrz –MARINA with underground garage, services such as restaurant, fitness, swimming pool situated at the Kierskie Lake. APP-Projekt runs as the Investor’s representative of BBI Development NFI SA an Investment of high standard; addressed to clients interested in unique, prestigious location, of high quality architectonic solutions, deliberate function  and high quality of execution; resting on construction of recreational-apartments complex of total superficies equal to 10 000 sq. m. and of approx. 5.500 sq. m, with underground garage, services such as restaurant, fitness, swimming pool. It is predicted to situate the complex of a height up to 3 above ground levels.
