PIOTR KORWIN-MALASZYNSKI

President of the APP-Projekt Board

Piotr Korwin-Malaszynski is a civil engineer. He also completed his MBA at Wielkopolska Business School which took part in the MBA program together with the Nottingham Business School. Since the mid-80’s Piotr Malaszynski worked in leading construction and designing companies. For almost 17 years he was a vice-chairman of the Board in POZBUILDING (Hochtief Polska). For more than 3 years he managed Mercury Engineering, and recently (until the end of November 2004) he was a Board member and Technical Director for PORR POLSKA S.A. He has established APP-Projekt.

BOGDAN KLUKOWSKI

Director General, Project Coordinator, responsible for establishing contacts with new clients

Bogdan Klukowski is a civil engineer. He graduated from Warsaw University of Technology in the department of Land Engineering, specializing in “Building and engineering constructions”. He has designing (ST-401/90) and execution supervising without any limits (ST-59/89)  authorization. He also has a FIDIC licence and Security – “confidential” – constructions execution certificate. Since the establishment of WARBUD SA, Bogdan Klukowski actively participated in the dynamic development of the company and its structures, until the moment when the company became one of the leading construction firms on the market. He is the designer of a subway network in Algiers, Algeria as well as in Warsaw. He was also the general designer (with his team) of the subway in Algiers, Algeria. Currently he is the Director General and Project Coordinator in APP-Projekt. He is also responsible for establishing contacts with new clients.

JULIUSZ ANDRZEJ JABLONSKI

Project manager and coordinator

Juliusz A. Jablonski is a civil engineer. He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology in the department of Land Engineering, specializing in “Civic and industrial constructions”. He also finished postgraduate school at the Warsaw University of Technology, specializing in “Corrosion prevention of constructions”. He has designing and execution supervising without any limits (ST 142/78) authorization. Juliusz A. Jablonski actively participated as a Project manager of investment projects in preparation of project documentation regarding modernization of ORBIS-FORUM Hotels in Warsaw and Centrum Hotel in Poznan in order to customize them to the standards of international network of ACCOR hotels. He also worked for Telewizja Polska as a coordinator of settling accounts of investment projects in scope of assignments realized by Zaklad Zarz±dzania Inwestycjami Strategicznymi. He was also responsible for monitoring the project realization and execution of contractions.
