President of the APP-Projekt Board

Piotr Korwin-Malaszynski is a civil engineer. He also completed his MBA at Wielkopolska Business School which took part in the MBA program together with the Nottingham Business School. Since the mid-80’s Piotr Malaszynski worked in leading construction and designing companies. For almost 17 years he was a vice-chairman of the Board in POZBUILDING (Hochtief Polska). For more than 3 years he managed Mercury Engineering, and recently (until the end of November 2004) he was a Board member and Technical Director for PORR POLSKA S.A. He has established APP-Projekt.

Chief operational officer

Piotr Rolla is a civil engineer. He graduated from Warsaw University of Technology in the Construction Department specializing in civil engineering structures. He has a building license to coordinate works in construction and building specialization without limitation (No. Wa-576/01). In addition, he completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology in a real estate evaluation. Piotr Rolla is also a real estate surveyor. Moreover he is a member of The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and a member of Polish Association of Building Managers. He has extensive professional experience in running a large commercial and industrial projects. He worked in Bureau Veritas Polska, DTZ Polska, CB Richard Ellis Polska, BEG Ingénierie Polska and BOVIS Lend Lease Polska. Piotr Rolla is currently an Operational Director in APP-Projekt

Technical Director

Janusz Francuzik is a civil engineer. He graduated from Poznan University of Technology in the Department of Civil Engineering specializing in civil engineering structures.
He has Polish authorization in civil engineering structures to perform independent functions as a site and works manager.
He has extensive professional experience - he worked in BUDIMEX POZNAN S.A., later BUDIMEX DROMEX S.A. and EIFFAGE Mitex CONSTRUCTION S.A. Janusz Francuzik is now Technical Director for APP-Projekt.

Project manager and coordinator

Juliusz A. Jablonski is a civil engineer. He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology in the department of Land Engineering, specializing in “Civic and industrial constructions”. He also finished postgraduate school at the Warsaw University of Technology, specializing in “Corrosion prevention of constructions”. He has designing and execution supervising without any limits (ST 142/78) authorization. Juliusz A. Jablonski actively participated as a Project manager of investment projects in preparation of project documentation regarding modernization of ORBIS-FORUM Hotels in Warsaw and Centrum Hotel in Poznan in order to customize them to the standards of international network of ACCOR hotels. He also worked for Telewizja Polska as a coordinator of settling accounts of investment projects in scope of assignments realized by Zaklad Zarz±dzania Inwestycjami Strategicznymi. He was also responsible for monitoring the project realization and execution of contractions.

Director of Project Implementation

Arkadiusz Biesaga is a civil engineer with a specialization in a building technology and organization and sanitary facilities engineer. He graduated from Kielce University of Technology and earlier Lublin University of Technology. In addition, he completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw - property investment advice. He has a building license to perform independent functions as a site manager and works manager in construction and building specialization in the area of civil engineering structures and external services and internal sanitary installations. Arkadiusz Biesaga is also a surveyor and has a title of Independent Consulting Engineer (SIDiR). He has extensive professional experience in running a large commercial, residential and industrial projects at home and abroad - he worked in INSTAL Kielce, EXBUD S.A., MITEX S.A., BOVIS, EKO-PARK, PARKRIDGE, GRAY INT., TK DEVELOPMENT, LONGBRIDGE, GRUPA 3J. Arkadiusz Biesaga is currently a Projects Implementation Director in APP-Projekt.
